Easy Brunch Idea!

I saw this post online from Whole Foods.  It is a gluten-free recipe but my version is not. Below is the link for the recipe:


**Instead of gluten free bread, I used Challah; frozen mixed berries of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries (completely thawed); honey instead of maple syrup; and cinnamon instead of nutmeg. And it turned out quite delicious. And quite simple!

Definitely worth a try!!
